Research use only

All materials sold by Response BioLabs are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in any organism.

By placing a request you represent that you are acquiring these materials for laboratory research use, that you are qualified to handle them, and that you will not administer them to humans or animals or resell them for such use. This representation is the attestation recorded on your research account.

No medical or protocol advice

Nothing on this site, in our email, in our research library, or from our staff or automated assistant constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for use in any organism. We do not provide dosing, administration, or protocol guidance and will decline such requests. Consult a licensed clinician for any health question.

Research accounts

Pricing and availability are shown only to holders of a research account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or remove an account where we believe the attestation is false or the materials are intended for human use.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Submitting a request list is not a purchase. It opens a conversation. Pricing shown in an account is an estimate; final pricing, batch availability, and shipping are confirmed by a lab specialist before any payment is arranged. We accept ACH transfer and Zelle. No payment is taken through this website.

Certificates of analysis

Analytical results published on this site describe a sample drawn from the specific batch identified on the certificate. They do not characterize any other batch, do not warrant handling or storage after the material leaves our facility, and make no claim regarding safety or efficacy.

Educational content

The research library, learn center, and glossary summarize published scientific literature and are provided for informational purposes. We distinguish established evidence from preliminary evidence and identify animal model data as such, but we make no representation that any summary is exhaustive or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Response BioLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or of materials purchased through it, including any use outside laboratory research.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
